We are committed to offering aesthetically rich, thoughtfully crafted, and sustainably packaged art collections, available through our online platform and, on occasion, through curated pop-up events across the United Arab Emirates. Honest Prints employs industry-standard encryption and secure third-party payment gateways. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment solutions listed at checkout. We do not retain or store your payment details on our servers.
d. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After your order is submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This communication does not constitute order acceptance. Honest Prints retains the right to cancel or adjust orders due to payment issues, fraudulent activity, inventory errors, or pricing discrepancies.

We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time.
b. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically dispatched and delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery estimates may be subject to change due to peak seasons, weather disruptions, or courier service delays.
c. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email (where applicable). Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
d. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

We may request photographic evidence or courier documentation before processing any form of compensation, which may include a replacement, refund, or credit note.
