For the time being, Honest Prints only ships across the United Arab Emirates.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Your order will take 3–7 business days to arrive depending on which emirate you live in.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Honest Prints does not currently allow returns or exchanges as all products are made to order. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, a refund will be issued upon submission of sufficient evidence.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method?
Honest Prints does not accept cash on delivery, but you can conveniently pay online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Apple Pay.
Do you accept Bank Transfers as a payment method?
Honest Prints may consider bank transfers in certain cases. Please contact us if you wish to use this option.

Can I visit your facility to view products in person?
Our facility is for printing and framing only. We do not hold inventory, as all products are made to order.
