Refund Policy

Honest Prints does not currently accept refunds as our products are made to order. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please reach out to us with photos of your damaged products and we will process an immediate refund, no questions asked. 

Damages:

Please inspect your products when you first receive them. If indeed your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your product with photos. One of our team members will then reach out to you and process a refund after an investigation has been complete. 

Exchanges:

As our products are made to order, we currently do not allow exchanges. We encourage you to spend the required time you need to ensure you choose products that fit your lifestyle and design requirements prior to making a purchase.
